• Add New Item- Add a new item to the menu

  • Back- Go back to the previous page

  • Create Production Record - Create a production record based on the week's menus. 

  • Create RYC's from Menu - Convert an existing menu in the database to a Recipe Yield Calculator.
  • Default Sort - inTEAM determined menu sort order (Recipe– Entrees, Recipes, Meat/Meat Alternate, Whole Grain—Rich Grains/Grains, Vegetables, Fruit, Milk). This button can be pressed as many times as you would like as you are adding menu items, however, once you select the button you will not be able to revert back to a previous menu item order unless you move menu items up or down manually. 
  • Delete– Delete current menu (Menu cannot be recovered)

  • Duplicate Existing menu– Menu from one day to other days in current menu or Menu from days in another menu into current menu.

  • Grab N Go- Switch to Grab N Go screen, add items to Grab N Go Menu (Functionality not Complete)

  • Image Management– This allows you to upload up to five images for you menu from your own images or search and add images from the image library.

  • Link A La Carte Menu - Link a la carte menus to the current menu you are working on.
  • Posted Menu- Generate a posted cafeteria menu.

  • Remove all items - Delete all items from a menu (Items from the menu will disappear and cannot be recovered if a user selects and agrees to "Remove All Items")

  • View Cost Data– Ability to Enter and Calculate Cost per Serving for each menu item, and calculate Projected Average Cost per Meal

  • View Report – Generate a report to review your menu compliance and projected average daily cost per meal record.


  • Daily Menus and A La Carte Items - Navigate through the days in the menu. You can customize your week to create a 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7-day menu.


  • Edit - allows you to edit information in that row.
  • Change operating days by clicking on the [Here] hyperlink.
