How to Submit Your Menus to the State Agency
1. Once in the Menu Compliance tab, under Certification Menus, click the check box in the first column of the table if you would like to submit the menu to the State Agency. Once a Menu is selected, you will be able to click the “Submit Selected for Approval” button.
2. Add any Notes you would like, then click the “Submit for Approval” button
NOTE: Notes are required when submitting to the State Agency for Approval.
3. You will be able to view your Submitted Menus under “Certification Menus”, however you will not be able to edit a menu once it has been submitted. The status of the submitted menu is under the “Status” Column.
4. To view any correspondence with the State after submitting your menus, click “View” and all notes will be under “Submission History”
