Typical courses are about 30 minutes long. There is usually at least one activity, but it depends on the content/customer. Activities could be applying the theoretical concepts of the course to an actual situation (for example: In the Standardized Recipe course- an activity could be determining whether a recipe would be considered standardized or not). Activities could be used as an knowledge check. Quizzes are usually 10 questions long, but if the course is short, it may be appropriate to only have 5 questions. The same goes for a longer course- it may have more than 10 questions. All quizzes require an 80% or better to pass and receive a certificate.
